The fourth batch of specialized, refined, and innovative "Little Giant" enterprises of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology have established provincial-level enterprise research institutes, provincial-level high-tech research and development centers, enterprise technology centers, and industrial design centers, and have long-term technical cooperation with major automobile OEMs and well-known universities. Independently researched and developed key technologies such as steering rod preparation and raw material performance improvement, participated in drafting and formulating national automotive industry standards, and has over 80 national patents, achieving industry-leading levels in patent technology and standard formulation.

The enterprise has a team engaged in research and development and related technological innovation activities, with more than 150 senior workers, more than 10 people with medium to senior professional titles, and more than Zhejiang young craftsmen and Yuecheng craftsmen. It has been rated as a pilot unit for vocational skill level certification. At the same time, multiple domestic and foreign peer technical experts were hired as consultants for management, technical consultation, and guidance. Several professors and researchers from Zhejiang University were also invited to participate in the project.
